Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Version: 2026-10-29-final-1

Effective Date: 10/29/2026

1. Introduction and agreement

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern participation in the Let's Pin This Affiliate Program (the "Program") operated by Manmade, trading as Let's Pin This ("we", "us"), Morkullegatan 1, 432 42 Varberg, Sweden. You accept these Terms by expressly agreeing to them in the signed-in application form. Visiting this page does not constitute acceptance.

2. Eligibility and application approval

Membership is free. You must be at least 18 years old, hold a Let's Pin This account and provide accurate information about yourself and your promotional channels. A paid subscription is not required. The Program is open internationally where participation is legally permitted and where PayPal supports receiving payments. Every application is reviewed and requires administrator approval; we may decline an application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate account responsibilities

Keep your account and promotional profile accurate, protect your sign-in credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for content and activity on channels you control. You are an independent participant and not an employee, agent or representative of Manmade, and you may not enter agreements on our behalf.

4. Referral links and attribution

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link. Affiliate attribution is recorded separately from our general marketing attribution, which remains unaffected. Browsers that block cookies, device changes and third-party platforms can prevent attribution; we do not provide cross-device tracking. The dashboard shows the referrals we have recorded.

5. Thirty-day referral attribution window

A new account is attributed to you when your approved referral link was clicked within the 30 days before that account was registered. Clicks older than 30 days do not qualify. Attribution is permanently associated with the qualifying new account.

6. Last approved affiliate click

If several approved affiliate links are used, the last approved affiliate click within the 30-day window before registration wins. Rejected, unknown or suspended referral codes do not qualify. Once recorded, attribution is not reassigned by later clicks.

7. Qualifying new customers

A commission requires a genuinely new customer, a valid attribution to you, and a successful, positive first payment for a Starter, Pro or Agency subscription confirmed by our payment provider. Existing or previously paying customers do not qualify. Registration alone does not earn a commission.

8. One-time commission structure

Commissions are one-time payments for qualifying new paying subscribers. There are no recurring commissions. Each referred customer can generate at most one commission. Commissions are calculated in US dollars and do not depend on the price the customer pays.

9. Starter commission

A qualifying new Starter subscriber earns a one-time commission of $12.

10. Pro commission

A qualifying new Pro subscriber earns a one-time commission of $25.

11. Agency commission

A qualifying new Agency subscriber earns a one-time commission of $45.

12. Excluded transactions

No commission is earned for renewals, upgrades, credit packs, Link Page add-ons, failed payments, zero-value payments, self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, free registrations or previously paying customers. A payment that is not a qualifying first subscription payment does not qualify merely because it is associated with an affiliate link.

13. Thirty-day commission holding period

Each qualifying commission remains Pending for 30 days after the successful payment. After the holding period it is reviewed and, if valid, approved. Only approved, eligible commissions can be paid.

14. Refunds, disputes and invalid commissions

If a qualifying payment is refunded, disputed or found to be fraudulent or otherwise invalid, the related unpaid commission is cancelled. Subscription cancellation alone is not a refund. For a commission already paid, we preserve the original payment record and conduct a documented manual review, explaining the grounds and giving you a reasonable opportunity to respond. Where permitted by applicable law, you authorise us to offset an amount established by that review against future commissions otherwise payable to you. No offset is automatic. We do not automatically charge your PayPal account, create a debt or impose an automatic repayment obligation. Any separate recovery action remains subject to applicable law and both parties' legal rights.

15. Monthly PayPal payouts

Payouts are processed manually through PayPal on the 30th of each month. In February, payouts are processed on the last calendar day of the month. If manual processing is unavailable on the scheduled day, the payout is made on the next available business day. A commission is recorded as Paid only after we confirm that the PayPal payment was completed. There are no automatic transfers.

16. Minimum payout threshold

The minimum payout is $50 in approved, unpaid commissions. Pending and cancelled amounts do not count. Balances below $50 carry forward to the next payout date. Each commission is paid only once.

17. Payment details, currency and fees

Provide a valid PayPal email address in your affiliate dashboard and keep it current. Commissions are calculated and paid in US dollars. PayPal receiving fees and currency conversion costs are borne by the affiliate. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate payment details or a PayPal account that cannot receive payments; the balance remains recorded until valid details are provided.

18. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying your own applicable taxes and for providing accurate identity and payment information. Before processing a payout, we may request documentation reasonably required by applicable law to meet reporting, tax or other legal obligations. Requirements depend on the laws applicable to the payment and affiliate; no particular US tax form is required of every international affiliate. Any withholding required by applicable law will be explained and recorded.

19. Advertising disclosures

Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in promotional content wherever required by law or platform rules, including that you may earn a commission. Do not hide or obscure required disclosures or present a compensated recommendation as independent.

20. Permitted promotional activities

You may promote Let's Pin This through legitimate channels, including Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, websites, email newsletters to subscribers who have consented, educational content, tutorials, software reviews and other lawful marketing channels. Paid advertising is allowed, subject to section 21.

21. Paid search and brand bidding

You may not bid on, or use as keywords, the terms "Let's Pin This", "Letspinthis", confusingly similar brand names, misspellings of the brand, or brand-related search terms intended to impersonate the official company. You may not register domains, accounts or ads that could be mistaken for official Let's Pin This properties.

22. Spam and unsolicited marketing

Do not send spam or use purchased or unlawfully obtained email lists. Respect consent requirements, platform rules and opt-out requests.

23. Misleading claims

Do not make misleading earnings claims, promise guaranteed results, misrepresent product functionality or misrepresent subscription pricing. Keep product and price information accurate and current, and do not invent testimonials or endorsements.

24. Fraud, self-referrals and cookie stuffing

Do not create fraudulent referrals, refer yourself or accounts you control, use cookie stuffing or forced clicks, or otherwise manipulate attribution or payments. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals never earn commissions.

25. Use of Let's Pin This branding

Approved affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use official Let's Pin This logos and approved promotional materials solely to promote the Program and accurately identify the service. Ownership remains with the relevant rights holder. Do not misrepresent your relationship with us, modify logos misleadingly, impersonate the company, or register confusingly similar domains or social accounts. Comply with supplied brand guidance and reasonable requests to correct misuse. Permission ends when your participation ends; you must then stop using those assets to promote yourself as a participating affiliate.

26. Promotional credits

An eligible approved affiliate with a verified standard Free signup allocation is allocated 100 promotional credits in total: the original 10 signup credits plus 90 additional credits granted once after approval. These are total allocated credits, not a promise of 100 unused credits; spending is retained and the current balance is not reset. When signup evidence is incomplete, the allocation remains subject to manual verification, and approval alone does not confirm a grant. Paid, previously subscribed or non-standard credit histories are reviewed individually and do not receive an automatic award. Credits have no cash value and are used under the service's normal credit rules.

27. Affiliate scheduling access

Approved affiliates may schedule content for Pinterest, Instagram and TikTok without a paid subscription, including on a Free account. Scheduling access applies to each platform once that platform is available for customer use in Let's Pin This; where a platform is temporarily restricted, access begins automatically when it becomes available. If affiliate status is suspended or terminated, the affiliate scheduling benefit ends for new schedules; existing scheduled posts and paid-plan entitlements follow the service's normal rules.

28. Privacy and personal data

We process personal data under our Privacy Policy (/privacy) to administer referrals, commissions, payouts and audit records. Your dashboard shows totals and commission history only, never referred customers' personal or payment information. You are responsible for personal data you collect through your own marketing.

29. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation for fraud, spam, misleading advertising, self-referrals, abuse of promotional credits, violation of these Terms or other material Program violations. We will notify you by email of a suspension or termination and the reason, and you may respond within 14 days. Suspended referral codes cannot earn new referrals. You may leave the Program at any time by contacting us.

30. Commissions after suspension or termination

Commission and payment records are preserved. Legitimately earned commissions do not disappear because of suspension or termination. Valid approved balances of at least $50 remain payable on the regular payout schedule, subject to valid payment details and applicable legal requirements. Balances below $50 remain recorded and carry forward under the same minimum payout rule; termination does not itself trigger a below-threshold payout or erase the balance. Mandatory applicable payment rights are preserved. Commissions that are refunded, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise invalid remain subject to section 14. Only commissions established to be invalid or connected to a Program violation may be withheld on that basis; unrelated legitimately earned commissions are preserved.

31. Changes to these Terms

These Terms are versioned. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' advance notice where practicable. Changes do not retroactively reduce commissions already earned on qualifying payments. We record the version each affiliate accepted and may require renewed acceptance; we never accept new terms on your behalf.

32. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee traffic, conversions or earnings. Each party is responsible under applicable law for loss caused by its breach of these Terms or other legally actionable conduct. In assessing compensation, applicable requirements concerning causation, foreseeability and reasonable steps to mitigate loss apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No fixed monetary liability cap is imposed. Our obligation to pay legitimately earned commissions and your mandatory applicable rights remain unaffected.

33. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes may be brought before the competent Swedish courts under applicable jurisdiction rules, subject to any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction and mandatory protections applicable to you, including those of your country of residence where applicable. This choice of law does not deprive you of protections that cannot lawfully be waived. We encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution, without restricting either party's access to legal remedies.

34. Contact information
