These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pin Perfect Studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Your content and your responsibility
- You are responsible for the content you generate, edit, schedule, and publish using Pin Perfect Studio.
- You must own — or otherwise have the rights to use — every product photo, reference image, logo, font, and piece of text you upload or enter into Pin Perfect Studio.
- You must comply with the terms of service of any platform you publish to, including Pinterest and Instagram / Meta.
AI-generated results
Pin Perfect Studio uses OpenAI's image generation models to produce pin images. AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or suitable for every use case. You should review every generated image before publishing.
Subscriptions and image credits
- Paid subscription plans include a limited number of image credits per month.
- Each image generation uses 1 credit.
- Each image revision or regeneration also uses 1 credit.
- Publishing a pin to Pinterest or Instagram does not use an image generation credit.
- Unused monthly credits do not roll over and reset on the monthly billing date.
Service availability
Pin Perfect Studio relies on third-party services including OpenAI, Pinterest, Meta / Instagram, Supabase, and Stripe or Paddle. If any of these services are unavailable, degraded, or change their APIs, parts of Pin Perfect Studio — including generation, revision, scheduling, and publishing — may fail or be delayed temporarily. We work to recover, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Pin Perfect Studio to:
- generate or publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- generate or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexual involving minors, or otherwise prohibited by Pinterest or Instagram;
- attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or authentication.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Account termination
You can stop using Pin Perfect Studio or request account deletion at any time by emailing support@pinperfectstudio.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Pin Perfect Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pin Perfect Studio disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pin Perfect Studio after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
