These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Let's Pin This, a service operated by Manmade, a business based at Morkullegatan 1, 432 42 Varberg, Sweden ("Manmade", "we", "us"), trading as "Let's Pin This". By creating an account or using the service, you enter into a contract with Manmade and agree to these Terms. You confirm that you are of legal age in your country and, if you sign up on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
The service
Let's Pin This is a web application that generates AI Pinterest and Instagram pin images from your uploaded product photos and brand settings, and — when you connect your accounts — publishes those pins to Pinterest and Instagram on your behalf. Manmade retains all ownership of the Let's Pin This software, models integration, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent the technical limits of the service.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns and refunds. When you purchase a subscription, your contract for the sale is with Paddle, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Billing, invoicing, sales tax / VAT collection, and refunds are handled by Paddle. Your account
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Your content and your responsibility
- You are responsible for the content you generate, edit, schedule, and publish using Let's Pin This.
- You must own — or otherwise have the rights to use — every product photo, reference image, logo, font, and piece of text you upload or enter into Let's Pin This.
- You grant Manmade a limited license to host, store, transmit, and process your uploaded and generated content solely to provide the service (including sending prompts and reference images to our AI provider and publishing to Pinterest or Instagram when you ask us to).
- You must comply with the terms of service of any platform you publish to, including Pinterest and Instagram / Meta.
AI-generated results
Let's Pin This uses OpenAI's image generation models to produce pin images. AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, original, or free from resemblance to existing works. You should review every generated image before publishing. Let's Pin This is a creative tool for marketing images and is not suitable for regulated professional use such as legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical content.
Intellectual property rights and takedown
As between you and Manmade, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the input content you upload and the output images generated for your account, subject to the terms of our AI provider. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and your use of outputs do not infringe any third party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
If you are a rights holder and believe that content generated or published through Let's Pin This infringes your rights, email support@letspinthis.com with: (1) identification of the work, (2) the specific URL or pin ID of the infringing content, (3) your contact details, and (4) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content and act against accounts that repeatedly infringe, including suspension or termination.
Content moderation
We reserve the right — but are not obliged — to review, filter, refuse, or remove any input or generated output, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where content violates these Terms, the acceptable use rules below, our AI provider's usage policies, or applicable law.
Subscriptions and image credits
- Paid subscription plans include a limited number of image credits per month.
- Each image generation uses 1 credit.
- Each image revision or regeneration also uses 1 credit.
- Publishing a pin to Pinterest or Instagram does not use an image generation credit.
- Unused monthly credits do not roll over and reset on the monthly billing date.
Service availability
Let's Pin This relies on third-party services including OpenAI, Pinterest, Meta / Instagram, Supabase, and Paddle. If any of these services are unavailable, degraded, or change their APIs, parts of Let's Pin This — including generation, revision, scheduling, and publishing — may fail or be delayed temporarily. We work to recover, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Let's Pin This to:
- generate or publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- generate or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexual involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or otherwise prohibited by Pinterest or Instagram;
- create deepfakes or misleading imagery of real, identifiable people without their consent;
- generate malware, phishing content, or content intended to defraud;
- attempt to jailbreak, bypass safety filters, or circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or authentication.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that create material risk of harm, fraud, or security incidents.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Let's Pin This or request account deletion at any time by emailing support@letspinthis.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your generated images by email within 30 days, after which we may delete account data subject to records we must retain by law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Let's Pin This is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manmade disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manmade's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is capped at the fees you paid to Paddle for Let's Pin This in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and Manmade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold Manmade harmless from third-party claims arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your unlawful use of the service.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
Assignment and force majeure
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (such as outages of upstream providers, network failures, or acts of government).
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Let's Pin This after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
