Subscription and one-time extra-credit payments for Let's Pin This are processed securely by Stripe. Let's Pin This, operated by Manmade, is the seller of record for all orders and handles billing questions, refunds and invoices.
Refunds
Unless required by applicable consumer law, monthly subscription payments and one-time extra-credit purchases are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests are reviewed by us in line with applicable consumer protection laws, and we may also approve refunds on a case-by-case basis.
If you experience a billing problem, duplicate charge, technical issue that prevents you from using the service, or believe you are legally entitled to a refund, please contact us and we will help review the issue.
Failed generations and credits
When a generation fails before a usable result is saved, the credits reserved for that generation are restored automatically. A restored credit is an account-balance correction, not a cash refund of a subscription or credit-pack purchase.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Let's Pin This subscription at any time from your account Settings.
Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current paid period and prevents the next renewal charge. You can continue using your paid plan until that date unless otherwise required by applicable law or a refund is issued. Purchased extra credits are not deleted when you cancel.

For billing or refund questions, email us at support@letspinthis.com. You can also manage your subscription, payment method and invoices from your account Settings.
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method within standard card processing times.
What happens after a refund
If a subscription payment is refunded, access associated with that payment and any remaining subscription credits for that billing period may end.
Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not affected by this policy.
