How to request a refund
Payments for Let's Pin This are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles order fulfillment, billing, and refund processing on our behalf.
To request a refund, you can either:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@letspinthis.com with your order number and we will help arrange the refund through Paddle.
Refunds are typically processed by Paddle within 3–10 business days back to your original payment method.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is issued, your paid subscription and any remaining image credits from that billing period will end. You can continue to use your account on the free tier, subject to its limits.
